For Customers
How do I create an account?
Click "Create Free Account" on any page and fill in your name, email, and password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
How does the wallet work?
Your RahetBelak wallet holds your balance. You add funds to it in advance, and when you book a session, the session price is automatically deducted. You can top up at any time from your dashboard.
How do I pay for a session?
Once you have funds in your wallet, booking a session is instant. The price is deducted at the time of confirmation — no re-entering payment details.
Can I book from any country?
Yes. All sessions are online. You can book and join from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation and refund policies will be clearly shown at the time of booking. Policies may vary by expert.
Are my sessions private?
Yes. All sessions are conducted one-on-one via secure video call. Your data and session details are kept private and confidential.
About Experts
Are experts verified?
Yes. Every expert goes through a review process before their profile is approved and made visible. Our team reviews submitted documents and credentials.
What categories of experts are available?
RahetBelak currently has four categories: NGNLP Experts, NGNLP Master Experts, NGNLP Trainers, and Psychologists. All are verified and approved professionals.
What is NGNLP?
NGNLP stands for New Generation of Neuro Linguistic Programming. It helps experts create lasting personal change. Our NGNLP experts are certified professionals in this discipline.
How are sessions conducted?
All sessions take place via secure video call using our integrated video platform. Both you and the expert join from your devices at the scheduled time.
Technical
What do I need to join a session?
A device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or phone) and a stable internet connection. No software installation is required for customers.
What browsers are supported?
All modern browsers are supported: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend Chrome for the best video experience.
Is the platform mobile-friendly?
Yes. RahetBelak works on mobile browsers. You can browse experts, manage bookings, and join sessions from your phone.
For Experts
How do I join as an expert?
Click "Join as Expert" and complete the registration and onboarding process. Submit your profile and documents for review. Once approved, your profile goes live.
How do I get paid?
Earnings from sessions are tracked in your expert dashboard. Payouts are processed via Whish on a regular schedule.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You define your own services, session durations, and prices. You have full control over your pricing.
