Sign up as a customer in under 2 minutes. All you need is your name, email, and a password. Once you verify your email, your account is active and ready to use.

RahetBelak uses a wallet-based payment system. Add funds to your wallet in advance. When you book a session, the cost is automatically deducted from your balance. This means no re-entering payment details for every booking.
Your wallet balance is displayed on your dashboard at all times. You can top up whenever you need.
Choose Your Expert
Browse all available experts on the listing page. Filter by category (NGNLP or Psychologist), language, and price range. Click any card to view a full profile with bio, qualifications, and services.

Select a service and available time slot. Review the booking summary, confirm, and the session fee is deducted from your wallet. At the scheduled time, join your secure video session directly from your dashboard.
All sessions are conducted via secure video call. No downloads or plugins needed for customers.
